What are JoeShopping Rewards?

JoeShopping Rewards are highly limited, deeply discounted deals at your favorite online retailers. Some Rewards offers are for sitewide percentage or cash discounts at a retailer, some are discounts on a specific product category, and some are for actual products themselves.

How much do Rewards cost?

Nothing. They're absolutely free!

Free? Sweet! So how do I get Rewards?

It's easy! Rewards won't cost you a penny, but you will need to earn them by using our site and accumulating JoePoints. Once you've collected enough points for the specific Reward you want, trade in your JoePoints for that Reward and it's yours!

Okay, so how do I actually earn JoePoints?

It's completely FREE to sign up on JoeShopping.com. Then you earn JoePoints by doing simple things like writing product reviews or status updates to your JoeShopping profile, or you can earn even more points by inviting your friends to join JoeShopping and by posting deals and coupons. Plus, you'll get even more points if you post really hot deals and coupons that work well and are highly rated by other users. So be sure to spread the word about your deals and coupons to your friends by sharing them via email, Facebook, Twitter and Google+!

Some Rewards are easy to grab and it won't take long to earn enough JoePoints for them, but other Rewards are highly valuable and might take a lot of activity to earn the points for them. So be sure to stay active!

Do JoePoints carry over from month to month or will I lose them?

No need to fear! Your hard-earned JoePoints are safe and sound. JoePoints act like virtual currency and do not get reset. They carry over from month to month, and your spendable JoePoints balance will only go down when you use your points to get a Reward.

I don't have enough JoePoints but I really want a particular Rewards offer. Can I just give you some actual money for it?

Sorry, but no. Our Rewards aren't for sale.

I got a Rewards offer, now how do I use it?

Follow the instructions given when you snagged the offer. Generally we'll supply you with a coupon or gift code when you claim your Reward. You'll see this code on the confirmation window after you click the "GO GET IT!" button, and you'll also get this code in the email confirmation that we send to you. Plus, you can always check for the code in your Rewards Wallet. Then simply visit the retailer's online store via the instructions section and use that code during checkout. Alternatively, if your Rewards offer is a physical product that needs to be mailed to you, instructions will explain where we'll be shipping the item, as well as how long it could take.

What's this "Rewards Wallet" you mentioned?

It's your virtual wallet where all of the Rewards offers you've grabbed are stored for you to refer to later. When you first snag an offer, it's then stored in your Rewards Wallet under the "Unused Rewards" section at the top.

I got a Rewards offer from a retailer that has a physical store near my house. Can I just go use it there?

Sorry, but all Rewards offers are either valid online only or are mailed to your address (if the Rewards offer is a physical one).

I decided I don't like the retailer that my Rewards offer is from. Can I exchange my offer for a different one?

Sorry, but all Rewards offer redemptions are final. You'll have to use your JoePoints to get another offer.

I tried using my Rewards offer code at the retailer's website, but it didn't work. What's going on?

We're betting it's gremlins. But then again, there could be a technical error somewhere. If there's a problem with a code we provided to you, we may either provide you with a new code or refund the JoePoints you spent to claim that offer.
