I am so amazed that the year is coming to an end. So much has happened over the past 12 months yet, I'm always surprised when December rolls around. I'm excited about what the next year will bring with the kids and our family. We are either moving to another part of the state or I'll be starting a new graduate program. One of my kiddos will be starting school. I've always heard time flies, but when you have children, it's like living life at warp speed.

I have to vent! I went to a store tonight to purchase one thing and to get some money back. The register froze so, after 10 minutes, she decided to restart it... 10 more mins later we tried again and the same thing happened. Then they moved me to another register to try again and the same thing happened!! Each time I was told the transaction would be voided out since the computer froze and not to worry about it. I ended up just having to leave since they couldn't get the registers to work...

Andrew I hope they credited your account immediately! If not, call the corporate headquarters and get that taken care of a.s.a.p.! But yeah, I always worry when there's a problem at the register and they reswipe my card. DEFINITELy check your receipts and your accounts. (December 19 at 9:34pm)

LittleFirecracker Oh yeah, i went first thing yesterday morning and they gave me the $ in cash. Not sure if that was exactly a legal transaction, but at least I got my money back. I'm always paranoid that something like that will happen!! (December 20 at 11:31am)
