Review: Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomergranate Oil
Perfect
Burt\'s Bees makes wonderful products (Iuse and love many of them). The Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomergranate Oil does a great job of moisturizing you lips and I trust that the ingredients are healthy to use because it comes from Burt\'s Bees. Plus, this doesn\'t cake on your lips like some balms do.
Review: Seventh Generation Automatic Dishwashing Detergent, Free & Clear
The Only Dishwashing Detergent I'll Use
Ever since we bought an HE dishwasher I've been disappointed in the cleaning results. I had been using liguuid gels and pacs but my dished never seemed really clean. Then I tried Dishwashing Detergent which is a powder and now my dishes are sparkling clean—even the coffee mugs. It's the only detergent I will use now.
Review: Seventh Generation Natural Tub and Tile Cleaner
Love, Love, Love!
I just love Seventh Generation Natural Tub and Tile Cleaner! I used to worry so much about harmful chemicals in cleaners—harmful to my family and pets. This cleaner does a fantastic job and doesn't make me feel sick after using it. I actually clean the bathroom every day now because it's such a pleasure to use.
Review: Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Liquid Hand Soap, Honeysuckle
Wonderful Soap
Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Liquid Hand Soap, Honeysuckle is awesome. The honeysuckle scent is a little hard to find (at least where I shop) but it's one of my favorite scents. The soap cleans very well, is gentle on your skin, and it also lasts a long time.
Review: Method Liquid Hand Soap, Waterfall
One Of My Favorites
Method Liquid Hand Soap, Waterfall is one of my favorite liquid hand soaps. It's gentle on my skin and I love the scent. My only mild criticism is that it seems to run out more quickly than other hand soaps.
Review: Royal Dansk Danish Butter Cookies
Good Cookies
Royal Dansk Danish Butter Cookies are yummy and they're nice enough to serve guest that stop by. They have a rich buttery flavor and a nice crispness—not my favorite butter cookie but really very good.
Review: Paper Mate Pink Pearl Large Eraser, Box of 12
Used For Years
I love Pink Pearl erasers—they work well and last a long time. I also like how they don't break up into little pieces every time I use it like some erasers do. Pink Pearl erasers are affordable so I keep them in the house to use and in kid's school supplies.
Review: Bare Escentuals Sephora Exclusive Get Started Kit ($174 Value) Medium
Perfect Basic Kit
The Bare Escentuals Sephora Exclusive Get Started Kit is the perfect basic kit for everyday use. What I like best is the natural look you get from these products instead of an overly-made up look. Everything is gentle on my skin and I'm a big fan of the mineral glow you get too.
Review: Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, Original
Worth The Price
The Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion while a little pricey is definitely worth buying. Primer is one of those products that makes a big difference in how your eye shadows apply and blend, how they look, and how long they will last. If you want a truly professional result the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion is a great choice.
Review: gud Natural Hand Cream, Vanilla Flame
Love The Scent Love The Natural
I recently tried a free sample of Burt's Bees gud Natural Hand Cream in Vanilla Flame. It's a wonderful hand cream that absorbs well into your skin so your hands don't feel greasy and I love the Vanilla Flame scent. Best of all though is like all Burt's Bees products there's no nasty chemicals in the ingredients that are harmful to you or the environment.
Review: DHC - Mild Soap 90g
The Best, Best, Bets Facial Soap
DHC Mild Soap is by far the best bar soap for facial skin. I have been getting increasingly drier skin and this is the only bar soap that doesn't irritate my skin or make it dry and tight. Plus you skin feels wonderfully fresh and clean after using it (it develops a rich full lather that does not dry out your skin at all).
Review: Apple iPad MC497LL/A 9.7 LED 64GB Tablet Computer - Wi-Fi - EDGE, HSDPA, UMTS - Apple A4 1 GHz - 1024 x 768 XGA Display - Bluetooth - iPad OS - 10 Hour Battery
One Of My Favorite Pieces of Tech
I've owned my iPad 1 for a little over a year and I just love it. I take it all around the house with me to use to send email, brose the web, and even to look up stuff when I'm watching TV. I also bought a Clamcase to go with it which is great because that is a full querty keyboard built in to the case—that makes it so easy to enter in lots of text, it turns it into a laptop really. I don't... more
Review: Russell Hobbs RH13552 Tea Kettle, Electric Stainless Steel
Awesome Kettle.
I didn't believe it until I bought this kettle, but it actually bowls water faster than a stove-top kettle does. It's food-safe stainless (I never boil water in anything other metal (especially aluminum). It's beautifully designed and sturdy and much cheaper than it's much more expensive look-alike.
Review: Larabar Fruit and Nut Food Bar, Pecan Pie Bars
Incredibly Delicious
Larabar makes premium grade healthy snack bars that are so delicious and good for you. They are very satisfying too and are a great pick me up between meals, or if you're hiking or on a road trip.
Review: Eco Tools Bamboo Foot Brush & Pumice
Great for Home Pedicures
I own lots of Eco Tools and they are all great—especially considering how affordable they are. The Bamboo Foot Brush & Pumice tool is perfect for home pedicures, and overall daily foot hygiene. I really like the convenience of having a brush on one end and pumice on the other.
Review: Apple Computer Apple iMac 21.5
Apple Is The Best Computer
We always buy Apple computers, we have this 21.5" and a 27". We also have a Mac Book Pro and an iPad. The Apple screen resolution is the best and they still make the most intuitive interface—plus they are they best designed too.
Review: Scotch-Brite Dobie Cleaning Pad
Always Have These
My kitchen is never without at least one Scotch-Brite Dobie Cleaning Pad. They are the perfect scouring pad because they do a great job without scratching the surface of your cookware. They hold up very well too—I've used them to clean up some pretty difficult cooked-on food and then easily rinse to use again.
Review: Jelly Belly Jelly Beans - Assorted
The Best Jelly Bean
Jelly Belly does make the best jelly beans. I love the unique modern falvors and they look so pretty in an Easter basket. Adults and kids both like these beans - probably because of the snazzy flavors and the improved texture from other jelly bean brands.
Review: OXO Flexible Bottle Brush
Very Good Brush
Oxo is my favorite household gadgets brand and own so many of their products. Their Flexible Bottle Brush does a great job of cleaning out empty glass containers and does it better and so much faster than soaking the jars. This cleans easily in the dishwasher and stands up to a lot of use—and like all Oxo products it looks great too.
Review: Maruchan Ramen Noodle Soup
A Good Quick Meal
Maruchan Ramen Noodle Soup is quick and easy to prepare and they do taste very good. My husband in particular is a big fan of these (he says they taste better than other ramen brands). I wouldn't want to eat these on a regular basis but for a quick meal every once in a while they're great.
